What information is collected?

We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Web site. Basic personal infromation including e-mail address, first and last name, city and state of residence is collected on the Premium version of MrNussbaum.com. Credit card orders are processed by paypal.com and MrNusbaum.com does not have access to credit card information. MrNussbaum.com contracts with third party advertisers such as Burst!, ValueClick Media, Tribal Fusion, Google, and Adify.com. While these companies do not collect personal information, they may or may not use behavioral tracking or internet advertising to administer relevant advertisements to your computer. "Internet advertising enables advertisers to reach users based on their interests (e.g. 'sports enthusiasts'), and allows them to show ads based on a user's previous interactions with them, such as visits to advertiser websites." Although some of the MrNussbaum.com games request the entering of a "name," this information is only used for game play and is not analyzed or monitored. MrNussbaum.com encourages users under the age of 18 to enter a codename if prompted by one of the games.

My web server tracks and collects general information about the visits to our web site. For example, I compile statistics that show the daily numbers of visitors to my sites, the daily requests I receive for particular files, the types of browsers visitors use, the visitors' domain names, and from what countries those requests come. However, I do not correlate this information with data about individual users.

Use

All users under the age of 18 must obtain parental or teacher permission before using this site.

Greg Nussbaum will not be held liable for advertisements that appear on your computer, or, that may appear to be administered from MrNussbaum.com, or from the user clicking on an advertisement and visiting a third party website, as malicious software, malware, and other viruses can replace appropriate advertisements on a user's computer with inappropriate advertisements.
